List to HTC Smartphones Confirmed to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow

HTC OEM finally unveils some list of HTC smartphones that would receive an update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. However, new firmware is set to roll out to HTC One M9 and HTC One M8 by the Taiwanese manufacturer which would begin before the year comes to an end.


Some HTC smartphone being listed to receive the update in addition to the HTC One M8 and HTC one M9 includes, One M9+, One E9+, One E9, One ME, One E8, One M8 Eye, HTC Butterfly 3 and some other mid-range HTC smartphones  such as HTC Desire 826, HTC Desire 820, and HTC Desire 816.

HTC Desire 728 Now Available in China – Specs & Price

HTC finally unveiled their Desire 728 phablet in china, and the handset is tagged at an affordable price, and also comes in two color schemes (white and gold, or black and gray). However, the smartphone comes with dual-SIM slot, featuring cellular network and 4G LTE capability.



The HTC Desire 728 features a 5.5” 720p IPS LCD display, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front snapper and BoomSound stereo speakers. The smartphone also runs on android 5.1.1 lollipop operating system from the box with HTC China Sense on top and powered by a 64-bit MediaTek 728 chipset, 1.3GHz octa-core CPU coupled with 2GB of RAM and a 16GB internal storage memory.

Verizon Variants of HTC Desire 626 is Now Available for $192

Finally, Verizon variants of HTC Desire 626 is now available, and sales starts today being the 29th of Aug 2015. The carrier stated their price tag of the smartphone to be $192, and today, the desire 626 joins the HTC Desire 526 in Verizon roaster.


Installation plan of the smartphone is also available, that is, you can pay $8 per month for 24months, and there is only one color being offered, which is the white color with gold accents.

HTC Desire 728 Images Leaked – Specs & Price

The HTC Desire 728 smartphone which hasn’t been officially unveiled yet, got its images leaked online by an insider. However, the rumored specs that I published previously about the device poses to be true.



The HTC desire 728 features a 5.5" 720p screen display, 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera, which makes it perfect for taking selfies and making video calls. Outside that, the smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with sense 7 and powered by a 1.3GHz Octa-core processor coupled with a MediaTek chipset, alongside a 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage memory.
