How to use the Moto E 2015 Toolkit
1. Turn ON USB Debugging Mode under
Setting>>Developer options (if you've not enabled the USB Debugging for your device, simply go to About phone under Settings and tap build number 7 times)
2. Select Allow OEM Unlock Open Moto E Toolkit Click Download Drivers button and then install it. Click on Check Devices button, your device will be list.
Warning: Before you continue the procedure below, try to back up your data to avoid lost. And also know that performing this action would viod the warranty of your device.
How to Unlock & Relock the Bootloader
1. Click on Generate String Button, Device will reboot into Fastboot mode and website will be open. Then login to the page using either your Google account or Motorola ID
2. Copy String from application and paste it into website text field and clicking “Can my device be unlocked?”
3. If your device is unlockable, a "REQUEST UNLOCK KEY" button will appear at the bottom of this page.
4. Select I agree, and click on REQUEST UNLOCK KEY, Copy Unlock Key you got in your mail and paste it into Application text field "Enter Unlock Code" and click on Unlock.
NB: You can also relock by simply clicking on the Relock button.
That's it; your device bootloader would be unlocked successfully.
