The Samsung Galaxy A8 A800F runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and powered by a Quad-core processor with clock speeds 1.8GHz and 1.3GHz, Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 chipset, Adreno 405 GPU coupled with a 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
Recently, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop updated was rolled out for Galaxy A8 A800F devices and update can made manually, via kies or OTA.
Before I proceed to the guide, I would first brief you on how you can update your Samsung galaxy mobile via OTA and kies.
Important Notice:
Step 2: Enable USB debugging on Samsung Galaxy A800F. To enable, simply go to settings >> Developers option, and enable from there. If the developers option isn’t visible, then go to About Phone under settings, and scroll down to Build number, then tap up to 7 times, till you get a message saying you’re now a developer. Now, go back to settings >> developers option and enable USB debugging.
Step 3: After that, download Samsung Galaxy A8 A800F Android 5.1.1 Lollipop stock rom here and extract the zip folder to desktop screen of your computer.

Also note that, AP stands for PDA, BL stands for Bootloader and CP stands for Modem.
Step 7: Finally, click on the start button, and the process would begin immediately. Once the process is completed, you would notice the RESET or PASS message on the ODIN screen. Then your device would boot into recovery mode, and the device would be restarted automatically.
