Warning: Installation of Custom ROM on your android device voids its warranty, so following the instruction is at your own risk. The guide is strictly advised for pros or technically talented users to give a try.

How to Manually Install Android 5.1.1 Lollipop on Nexus 4, 5 & Nexus 9 (LTE)

Finally, Google have started rolling out OTA (Over-the-air) update of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for most Nexus smartphones, now the Android 5.1.1 lollipop factory image for Nexus 4, 5 and 9 (LTE) is finally released by Google.

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop embrace great and extended features compared to its previous version (Android 5.1 Lollipop) with lot of bug fixes.


Soon the update would be implemented on your Nexus 4, 5 & 9 (LTE) devices, but might take few weeks or even months before implementation is completed. However, you can still manually install the Android 5.1.1 update on your Nexus 4, 5 and 9 (LTE) smartphones.
