This latest initiative aims at further reducing data costs which are the greatest barrier so far to extending internet mobile access in Nigeria. Indeed in Lagos alone, one gigabyte of data on mobile networks—the only means of accessing the internet for most—is not less N1,000.

HTC is working towards unveiling an Android smartphone running on 6.0 Marshmallow from the box, and according to the information leaked; the smartphone would be unveiled on 20th October, which its announcement takes place online.


The smartphone to be launched, HTC One A9, is the smartphone to run the Android 6.0 Marshmallow from the box, and this smartphone is coupled with mid-range hardware and has a metal body which would be available in six colors and an iPhone-like design.
