Elephone P9000- World's First Smartphone with Deca-Core CPU

Elephone P9000 to be the world’s first smartphone to run on MediaTek’s 10-Core processor. However, the Chinese website that leaked this information also made us know that the smartphone would be released by the 20th of October 2015.



MediaTek had formally dispatched its deca-core Helio X20 chip for mobile back in May, which includes a tri-cluster CPU setup that has also incorporated two Cortex A72 timed at 2.5GHz and eight Cortex A53 centers, of which four timed at 2.0GHz and four at 1.4GHz.

The Elephone P9000 features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 4GB of RAM, a 20.7MP front facing camera and 8MP rear camera. However, the smartphone is also rumored to feature a 3,100mAh battery along with 32GB of internal storage with microSD card slot.
