An estate agent’s work is almost never done, there are always someone who is looking for services that you can offer and with real estate agents that end up working long hours, equipment becomes paramount that ends up lightening the workload by a significant margin. Apart from that, modern day gadgets have made a significant mark in every industry, which only makes it logical that their utilization is covered properly in the profession of estate agency. In this article, I will be mentioning some of these gadgets.

Tablet and laptops are obvious equipment that you are going to need, especially if your workload is research based, I didn’t mention a desktop because of the lack of portability. Apart from that, you might want to get a tablet that can last for a long time without having to charge, I personally recommend a tablet over a laptop.

Tecno finally unveiled another android pad device tagged with codename “DroidPad 10 Pro”, that is, the professional version of the usual tecno DroidPad 10. However, speculations that this device would feature remix operating system seems true.


Those of you who are computer enthusiast should know that the Remix OS is based on ARM architecture an Android-x86 — a x86-port of the Android operating which normally enables users to run Android apps on any compatible Intel-based personal computer. Chinese OEM Infinix set to unveil another family series of Infinix smartphone, known as the Hot S series. However, it’s known to be the first Infinix device to feature the Fingerprint sensor (biometric scanner) and some other amazing specs as revealed.

Personally, I’ve anticipated the Gionee S6 pro device. However, speculations about the device was a trend during the past weeks, so I decided to hover low till these speculations are official confirmed, and it’s been made official already.

Fitbit Flex – Flexible Fitness Tracker at Reasonable Price

Good fitness tracking devices doesn’t necessarily have to come with a display, since they can still perform very well. The Fitbit Flex is one such fitness tracker that looks just like a wrist band, yet it is actually a fitness tracking device. There isn’t a built in heart beat monitor though; but even the finest fitness trackers go through a difficult time to calculate the heart beat accurately. Fitbit Flex wraps around your wrist very comfortably, and from the fashion lovers’ perspective there are many different colors which make the Fitbit an essential fashion accessory alongside being a fitness tracker.



Design
The design is indeed very impressive. It’s very thin, no wider than a thumb. There are two bands supplied inside the Fitbit Flex packaging. We have found both these bands to be extremely comfortable and sliding the Flex inside the silicone encasing wasn’t any difficult either. For people who sweat a lot, these bands would come helpful as they don’t irritate your skin or feel too wet. The water resistance makes it safe during rainy days or against water splashes, but the device isn’t water proof so better not take it to swimming. There are 11 different colors to match your outfit and personality. Once charged, the batteries have been found to provide nearly two weeks of battery backup. Fitbit promotes the battery to last for five days so we were indeed surprised, but that would depend on the usage as well. Usually the charging time is around a few hours, depends on how much juice is still left on the pack.
